General status
AI Infinite Value, taken as a whole, is not a product.
It is a conceptual construct and an operational position made public to be read, discussed, and interrogated.
This does not imply the absence of ownership, nor indiscriminate availability of its contents.
Distinction of levels
Within AI Infinite Value, different levels coexist:
• the public conceptual perimeter, exposed on this site to make AIV’s theoretical position readable;
• the protected corpus, which includes extended formulations, laws, principles, conceptual structures, operational modules, files, functional architectures, and unpublished materials.
The non-product nature of AIV does not negate the proprietary nature of certain parts of it.
Deposits and formal protection
The theoretical corpus of AI Infinite Value, its foundational laws, formulas, subsequent extensions,
and the structural materials associated with them, including files, kernels, documentation,
operational structures, and functional components, have been deposited through Patamu in multiple successive versions for purposes of traceability, authorship, and priority.
These deposits attest to:
• ownership of the work;
• the evolutionary continuity of the framework;
• the integrity of the original formulations
and structures.
The partial publication of content on this site does not constitute publication of the complete corpus nor a waiver of protection.
Ownership
All moral and economic rights relating to AI Infinite Value belong to the author, Marco Pierantoni, who retains full authorship and ownership of the work in all its versions.
Permitted use
The following are permitted:
• reading;
• partial quotation with attribution;
• critical discussion;
• conceptual reference;
provided that contents are not:
• extracted;
• recombined;
• translated into operational systems, frameworks, methods, or products presented as equivalent, derivative, or alternative.
Non-permitted use
The following are not permitted:
• reconstructing AI Infinite Value as an operational framework;
• deducing or inferring unpublished structures;
• using conceptual formulations as the basis for products, services, or systems without explicit authorization;
• separating parts of the system from the trajectory that guarantees its coherence.
Understanding the conceptual perimeter does not imply a right of reconstruction nor of operational deduction.
Components and specific uses
Any components, files, formulas, or operational structures not published on this site may be granted, licensed, or developed as distinct products only through explicit agreements.
In the absence of such agreements, no use is implied.
Closure
AI Infinite Value is made public to be read, not to be extracted.
The protection of its integrity is not a defensive measure, but a necessary condition to distinguish conceptual exposition from protected corpus.
